growisofs writes to DVD+RW but corrupts files
I recently installed a NEC ND-3550A DVD+RW drive (a supported model by
linux).
I have been having problems using growisofs to backup files to the NEC
ND-3550A DVD+RW.
When using growisofs, All files seem to be put on the DVD but the file
names and data are corrupt. The corruption seems to be consistant. That
is it corrupts the same files the same way each time I try.
I am using AMD Athlon; Fedora Core 4; Kernel 2.6.14;
mkisofs seems to work ok w CDRW drive on same machine. BTW if it matters
My DVD is slave the CDRW is master.
Media is Memorex DVD+R/W 4x.
