Just for info, that's with a Sony DRU-500A, with a Powerbook G4 (don't
remember the DVD which was in) cdrecord-prodvd (under OS X) limited
the speed to 1.
If I try dvd+rw-mediainfo on the written disc, it tell me there is no
disc.
If I force the speed to 1, I can perfectly read the resulting DVD is
just perfect.

Oops, good to know that fact, even if it's a bad new :-)
What way could I know if my media is low quality?
In all cases I think my DVD could go to the thrash, yes?
