Quoting myself. "Under Linux kernel 2.4 growisofs counts on sr_mod to
check the status byte." Clarifying note. Under 2.4 growisofs counts on
sr_mod to check the status byte and terminate corresponding ioctl with
error code. Does growisofs check for return value? Yes.
