Unable to blank discs
I've a combo DVD/CD-RW on my laptop Amilo D7820, I succeed in using it writing on both CD-ROMs and CD-RWs.
The output of 'cdrecord -scanbus' is:

To the ide-cd kernel module I passed the parameter ignore=hdc, and
