The "Closes:" stanza won't work: the # is mandatory (full regexp:)
/closes:\s*(?:bug)?\#\s*\d+(?:,\s*(?:bug)?\#\s*\d+)*/ig
But, no point in a round-trip for this: I've added the # and uploaded.
It'd be nice if you could sync this change in git.
