Bug#318846: Acknowledgement (browser (links is started) by apt-get upgrade but no directions on how to continue are given)
OK, when I deinstall apt-listchanges I have no problem, so maybe I
filed against the wrong package. Nevertheless, it seems to me that
apt now defaults to using apt-listchange, it still complains that it
can't find the binary.
