You may want to ask Scott for his practice with dpkg. He did setup a
nice environment for me to work woth translations (I have my own
Changelog file in po/) and he uses some probably automated way to
generate debian/changelog entries from the arch changelogs.
He has setup a practice for arch changelogs and the use of keywords,
which I try to follow, and which certainly makes his life easier.
What you mention above is maybe a similar system, as I know you're
already working close with Scott, because of Ubuntu things....but,
anyway, I just wanted to mention this, just in case..:-)
