Bug#293897: "kB" should be "Kb"

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.28.1
Severity: minor

APT has lines like

Need to get 1634kB/1636kB of archives.

all over. The "kB" is somehow camel-cased. First, Kilo should be
capitalised (the metric system capitalises all modifiers > 1, and
all modifiers < 1 are lower-case), and second, there is no reason
why "Bytes" should be capitalised.

Please change that to "Kb" whenever is convenient for you.
