So python-apt has a BUG (!) even it depends on packages that aren't
available! It's not OK when you only close this ticket. 

When you think that you don't have anything to do with this then
assign this ticket to the package you think. My opinion is: When the
dependent apt-version isn't available then you've to supply a version
of python-apt which doesn't depend on.

I'm using the Debian-Distribution since version 1.1 and I know that
I'm using the testing-portion of it and I know very well what
"testing" means. But in the last three years when I use apt to update
my system I never experienced broken packages in testing for much more
than one week.
