Bug#160705: apt: Wrong permission for /etc/apt/sources.list

strace say :
 open("/etc/apt/sources.list", O_RDONLY|O_LARGEFILE) = -1 EACCES
 +(Permission denied)

apt-cache show is not working properly
apt-cache search is not working porperly
apt-get source doesn't work for common users

/etc/apt/sources.list have the mode 600
sources.list should have mode 644 

Can you fix the mode of this file ?
