But after probably last kde packages update, issue look like is gone.
I not rebooted pc yet, but checked on run for example new copy of Konsole, and disable compositor. In New Konsole all chars rendered fine, at same time in old Konsole instance, issue still present.
Also i checked on second user logon (switch user) after kde was already updated, and no issues too.
