Bug#604868: /usr/bin/xkbcomp: No keyboards working for all new users

Dear Sir,
the keyboard under x11 is not workign anymore after installing awk original, I do not understand what is wrong with x11 again.
Only one user has the keyboard working, and all other not anyore.
even at creation of empty /home/username , so no xautority and nothing in there results in no X11 keyboard
so not working , no imputs
I did the test with startx
.xinitrc has been tested with
exec fvwm
and also with exec xterm
same results for both
please help or a fix because without keyboard it is not possible to do anything under X11
(nota: mouse works fine)
