I installed xserver-xorg-video-intel=2:2.12.0+shadow-2 and the required libdrm-intel1=2.4.21-1~squeeze3, but couldn't find 2.6.32-24. linux-image-2.6.32-5-686 has only version 2.6.32-23. But now X refuses to start and complains with: (EE) intel(0): No kernel modesetting driver detected. (II) UnloadModule: "intel" (EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration. Xorg log is attached again. Am I missing some package or is this due to the 2.5.32-23 kernel? Also, dmesg reports: [drm] KMS is not supported on this GPU I don't know if this message is related to the problem. Regards, Alex
