Bug#524607: still unresolved :(
I noticed a new version of xserver-xorg-video-intel, tried to install
(i.e. upgrade form the downgraded testing version) but ... the same
problem: switching to console restarts X (after showing garbage on the
screen).
No to say that, because this problems also affects suspend/hibernate
(they switch to console first), causes system to be less usable as well
as data loss.
Tell me if there is anything I can do.
