Package: compiz
Version: 0.2.2-1
Severity: normal

When using a dualhead setup with two screens (:0.0 and :0.1)
compiz works only on the :0.0 and makes the :0.1 totally
unusable.

I can start programs on the other screen (and verify they are there
with xlsclients), but they can't be seen or used.

Trying to manage the other screen with some other window manager
when compiz is running doesn't help.

Version: 0.5.0.dfsg-1

I just got randr-1.2 dual-head to work fine with compiz 0.5.0 (on a i945
with xserver-xorg-core 2:1.3.0.0.dfsg-6 and xserver-xorg-video-intel
2:2.0.0-4). I placed one output above the other and got the cube to
behave fine. The only problem I saw is that compiz does not seem to get
updated when outputs are moved in the virtual screen, but that's not a
big deal since compiz --replace & updates the whole thing.

I don't know whether compiz actually only supports randr-1.2 dual-head,
but since most drivers are under work to get randr-1.2 support, I think
it's fine to close this bug. So I am marking the bug as fixed in version
0.5.0 (but it might actually work with previous 0.3.6 packages as
expected by Thierry a while ago).
