Bug#410740: x11-common: please conflict with opera (<< 9.10-20061214.6)

Please add opera (<< 9.10-20061214.6) to the list of packages conflicted
with by x11-common for the /usr/X11R6/bin transition.  It's been brought to
my attention on IRC that this version of the third-party opera package fixes
the binary path.

Obviously opera itself is not a Debian package, but I'm marking this as
'serious' because this is the single greatest remaining source of complaints
about our X upgrade, and I think we should fix this for the benefit of our
users given how nasty the failure mode is when the upgrade breaks in the
middle.
