Do a search for "/FreeB". The source package contains a bunch of code under this
license, but the license is not in the debian/copyright file. (Indeed, it's not
even in the package -- the license header points to a URL, and you have to go to
that URL to find the actual license.)
This bug is independent of the bug regarding the freeness of code under this license
(and the GLX Public License).
