Bug#246021: xlibs: [xbb] Swedish keyboard missing the less, greater, bar key

Upgrading to XFree 4.0.3 makes the less, greater, bar key in the Swedish
keyboard dissapear. I have check the the following symbol is in
etc/X11/xkb/symbols/se
key <LSGT> { [ less, greater, bar, brokenbar ]= ;
so that is not the problem. Using xev shows that no symbol is recognized
when pressing the key:
