That has the same effect as
	XTerm*utf8: 2

I added some traces to my current version, but don't see any differences
between the traces from invoking this with the command-line versus using
the resource directly.  Perhaps there are additional resource settings
that "appres XTerm" might show, which influence the result.

"on" wouldn't work, since this resource happens to be an integer.
