The list of modes seems a little excessive to me. At least with the
radeon driver, as long as the monitor information is correct, you merely
have to specify the resolutions you want to use in the Display
subsection Modes line, and the driver will calculate the mode timings on
the fly. It would be good to have the native modes of popular panels for
other drivers though.
