Bug#179407: xterm: bold fonts do not work with widechars (and consequently utf-8 mode)

Whenever XTerm's wide character support is turned on (whether by command
line or X resource, or as part of turning on UTF-8 support), boldfaced
characters will never show up at all. As soon as it's turned off,
boldface fonts show back up.
