It looks like we have three lists of groups right now: one on the devel
page [1], one on the organization page [2] and another more comprehensive
one on the wiki [3].

I think at least the one on the devel page and the wiki could be merged
into one list.  At least a link to the wiki should be there.

The organization page also does not mention packaging teams at all.  As
this describes the more official structure, I don't think we can merge
this with the other two lists above, but maybe at least a link to the
wiki page could be placed there as well?
