On the Debian 12 release notes page it states:
This is a work-in-progress version of the Release Notes for Debian 11, codename bullseye, which isn't released yet.
This should probably be changed to:
This is a work-in-progress version of the Release Notes for Debian 12, codename bookworm, which isn't released yet.
