Sebul, you have commit rights, no need to create a branch and a Merge
Request.

I think the problem is that the name of the file changed (english:
dsa-4646, korean: das-4646), and that's why it's not being built.

If you want a file that is not in the English folder to be built, you
need to add its corresponding recipe to the corresponding Makefile.

But I guess with this one just renaming it to
korean/security/2020/dsa-4646.wml will do the trick.
