Bug#954773: minor patch -- send-unmatched command in webwml Bugs section

Hello, i'm Korean translator for webwml.
When i read and test in Bugs section, send-unmatched command was not
good. So i did investigate for that. The result is #954426.
Therefore, i do attache some patch file.
