Hi

We agreed in the web team sprint 2019 about trying to remove the /misc
section, to keep the website short and simple. We should review all its
content and see if those pages fit in other subfolders.

Opening this bug to track the task.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Bug #924888 in www.debian.org reported by you has been fixed in the Git repository.
You can see the commit message below and you can check the diff of the fix at:

https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml/commit/524c3f7665637762bb8ee965990a583610739894

misc: Move merchandise into the events/ section

There is currently no better place for the merchandise page, which would
be better served by some kind of publicity section, but as there's no
such thing, and no consensus there should be, let's move it to the
closest section we have already, which is under events/, even though it
is just a subset of the uses where merchindise might be relevant.

This makes it possible to finally get rid of the misc/ section.

Closes: #924888
