Package: wiki.debian.org Several users on reddit reported getting a "You are not allowed to access this" error when accessing the Debian wiki using a VPN. https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/460fm4/debian_wiki_inaccessible_for_months/ reported "Almost on any VPN in Canada" https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/47mxc9/is_the_debian_wiki_down_for_anyone_else/ reported that the private internet access VPN is blocked. What's your policy on blocking/unblocking VPNs? -- Martin Michlmayr http://www.cyrius.com/

We have switched to a separate IP address blacklist for editing/reading the wiki vs registering wiki accounts. At the current time the new read access blacklist is now empty, so this will resolve the VPN issue. The situation may evolve as we get experience with the results. https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/wiki.debian.org.git/commit/?id=6f971f7c9d96aa95a313448742eab78d2a3eb831 -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWiseAttachment: signature.asc
