Builds fine here locally, so most probably a relict of the Makefile for 2016,
wrongly added with "2015" in it
(see 
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/webwml/webwml/english/News/2016/Makefile?view=log, 
introduced in rev 1.1 and corrected in rev 1.2)

I have committed a trivial change to force a rebuild of the page,
will hopefully fix this
