Adding security announcements to the website isn't an automated
process. A few Security Team members, who happens to be (or have
become) familiar with the website, adds announcement to the website VCS
at the same time as the announcement mails goes out to the mailing list.

Announcements not added to the website VCS by Security Team members,
are added by members of the Web Team, but not until someone notices
that an announcement is missing.

Hence it can take from a few minutes to a few days for an announcement
to be added, and on top of that it can take up to four hours before the
corresponding HTML file is built, pushed to the website and its mirrors,
and the RSS feed is updated.

Personally, I'd recommend to rely primarily on the
debian-security-announce mailing list and the Security Bug Tracker
( https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/ ).
