No one should advocate a prospective developer, only people who are
already developers. The page surely meant to refer to prospective
"Debian Developers" with capital "D"-s, now called members. All
instances of "developer" on this page should be changed to "member".
By the way, "debian" should be capitalized later in the last
paragraph.
