Failed to create an account on wiki.debian.org

I've tried, yesterday and today, to create an account with murlock42@gmail.com on wiki.debian.org but each time I've got this error :

Account creation failed: Error 923: please contact debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues.

Can you help me ?
