Account creation fails on wiki.debian.org

Hi all,

I try to create an account on the debian wiki and I get the following
error message:

Account creation failed: Error 912: please contact
debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues.

I tried with two different nicknames and email addresses, but I still
get the same error.
