broken link to tar.gz in policy manual

Hi,
in section 1.2 on the page 
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-scope.html there is a link to

a tarred version of the manual at 
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/policy.html.tar.gz , but that 
link is dead.
