missing release notes under development

Hello debian wiki,
I can not find the release notes under development. On page

http://wiki.debian.org/DebianReleaseFAQ

there is a link:

"Release documentation is handled by debian-doc? Release notes under 
development at: http://cvs.debian.org/ddp/manuals.sgml/release-
notes/en/release-notes.en.sgml?cvsroot=debian-doc"

When I call the given URL the browser gets redirected to:

http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc?cvsroot=debian-doc

saying:

"An Exception Has Occurred

The root "debian-doc" is unknown. If you believe the value is correct, then 
please double-check your configuration.
HTTP Response Status

404 Not Found"
