Le script de mise à jour indique quand un paquet peut-être déplacé de la distribution instable vers la distribution de test. La sortie a deux formes :

la mise à jour des excuses [gzippée] : liste l'ensemble des versions des paquets candidats et l'état de base de leur propagation dans la distribution de test.

"update excuses" is translated to "mise à jour des excuses". It's the other way around ("excuses de la mise à jour"), as for the second item. While we're at it, I think "les excuses de mise à jour" would be slightly better.
