Getting Involved with Debian Web Team

Hey All, my name's Will - I am a Linux user (presently Ubuntu 12.04 LTS) and would like to get involved with the Debian Web Team.  I have experience in FE web development as well as with VCS (SVN and Git) and I'm now trying to learn more especially with regard to BE development.
