Same here: since there was no answer (nor action) for almost seven years, and since the wnpp purpose is a bit different IMHO, I'm closing this bug. I'm anyway CCing debian-qa also in charge of www.d.o/wnpp in case someone may have another opinion (in such case, please reopen the bug and eventually propose a patch so we can fix it the other way around).
