Thanks for your notice and your proposal, here is a proposed patch,
tweaking a bit of wording, reducing the text to the only needed
information (but debian-l10n-english@l.d.o could offer a better wording
than I do), changing GPG to SSH, and providing a direct link to the
accurate Alioth page.

If nobody disagree with the proposed patch, it could safely be committed
within a few days (letting some time for other contributors to improve
or disagree with it).
