First, applause for closing this long standing ITP \o/
BladeEnc seems dead since 10 years: http://freshmeat.net/projects/bladeenc/
Same for 8Hz-mp3: http://www.8hz.com/mp3/
By the way, it seems this page is very outdated, I cannot find the respective
ITP, for HotJava nor Courtney.
It seems there is no formal way (like a debian-legal usertag) to identify such
difficult ITPs ?
