I'm OK with this, but a little bit of CVS/SVN archaelogy should be
done in order to clarify who these "others" actually is and set up a
plan to contact each and everybody and get their OK to assign (c) to
SPI and/or change their contributions to the website to a license we
are all comfortable with.

RC Bugs like #614497 (doc-debian: The OPL-licensed documents taken
from Debian website are non-free) are a little bit absurd and we
should try to avoid maintaining the current awkard situation in the
future.
