Rore had filesystem issues
-> corrupted database (hence the strange description)
-> many files under lost+found
   -> too few space for successful rsync of rore
      -> holter not to be synced

Holter is now synced correctly, but rore isn't yet, because it still lack some
disk capacity, and should be removed soon from packages.d.o by DSA.
