It is my understanding that boot-floppies wasn't used in the Sarge
installer, and won't be used in any future installer; thus the
reference should be updated ("debian-installer"?) or removed.

No better idea came up in the last five year, not sure it is worth waiting for 
five more years.

Since the bug report has been reassigned to the website less than a month 
latter, let's assume that's not going to happen.

I've updated this link (and some similar other in the mean time), to the 
accurate $(HOME)/releases/stable/i386/ch05s04.html#submit-bug d-i install 
guide page, hopefully this link won't change to often (16 English pages 
updated, and 146 translation…).

I would also propose to permanently redirect this dummy page:
	http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/report-template
to the same d-i install guide page (will try to find other dummy page like this 
one and propose an Apache configuration patch for those.
