Applied (the maint-guide is also available form its old URL via a 301
redirect now).
The old content of the reference is mapped to the new pages [1], so we
redirect an old unavailable page [2] to the new one [3], and since the
old format reference has been deleted in the mean time, we updated the
rule to redirect the old URL [4] to the new one [5] too (with proper
content negotiation).
