If it were, the normal index [2] and every internal link [3] should
offer you the German content, as explained on the website [4]. Please
note that I can't reproduce this issue (I always had this content in
French, ditto for every internal link).

Eventually bring this issue to debian-www@lists.debian.org with some
information if you only get the issue on this documentation and not the

You must be referring to <command>bold stuff</command>. I'm perfectly
fine with them but I guess we could configure something else than
<strong> to “translate” <command> in HTML (if it really annoys you,
please open another bug report in order to track this issue).
