layout ideas for db.debian.org

Hi,

i am currently busy with rewriting the codebase behind db.debian.org and
would like to take the oportunity to also change the layout/design of
that page.

A first shot i made is the machines.cgi page, that was rather easy to
do:

Now to the harder parts: I need some ideas for the main search page for
users. I have no nice ideas yet how that could look like.
