Error in Web Submission Form

I will be suspending sales of Debian CDs and DVDs
within the month.  Please remove AboutDebian.com
from the United States vendor listing.

I tried using the vendor submission form to submit
and update but received the following error page:

The specified web site (http://www.aboutdebian.com) cannot be accessed.

The error message returned was: 403 Forbidden
