New banners and buttons Promote Debian

Hi, create a page "Promote" at wiki.debian.org a proposal to encourage
and promote the debian.

I'm creating some banners, suggestions are welcome:

The official banner of the page are outdated / old. I suggest creating
a separate page "Promote" or create a link to the wiki "Promote".
