About redirection: It's hard to ensure www mirrors will implement HTTP
redirect at Apache level.
See example in english/distrib/floppyinst.wml

Links internal to the Debian website will need to be fixed as well,
using smart_changes.pl in order to fix all translated pages.

Special care about translation-check headers is needed if you move a
page (since it's not possible to easily move a file AND its CVS
history..unless we hack directly on the cvs repo).

Maybe read the mailbox on master where hardware coordination happens ?
