broken. WWW master must check it out and correct it.

The Debian Developer's Reference available on
http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ is built from SVN.

Symbolic links have been added to the 7doc_manuals conrtab part in order
to make content-negociation effective with Japanese on any link like
http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/new-maintainer.html#mentors

Example: tools.html.ja -> tools.ja.html

Note that this is actually a workaround of a misbehaivour of devref
makefile: links should target tools.ja.html instead of tools.html.

Pass --stringparam html.ext .$(LINGUA).html to xsltproc fix that.
