svn or cvs on the website

Hello,
I was trying to see where the current state of some files were and
noticed we have (at least) two version control systems going on here.

http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/webwml/trunk/webwml/
and
http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/webwml/

Now the website information seems to say cvs.d.o is the current one,
but then it seems the files are newer on svn.d.o (just, 5 weeks versus 2
months).

Which one is the correct one to use? And if it is not cvs.d.o then
someone needs to update the documentation at
http://www.debian.org/devel/website/using_cvs
